As characteristics of this product: the automatic feature of showing a planet, when you search for it, the possibility of identifying very fast constellations and bright stars and the use of illuminated sky charts. As a bonus, this product allows you to navigate the Universe Booklet.

3. Now we are at a higher level, because this is a more expensive product, designed by a more famous company. I'm talking about the Celestron SkyScout Personal Planetarium ($196.87), which is capable of locating and identifying more than 6000 stars and planets. Based on the GPS technology, it allows your children to learn more about astronomy. It uses an LED backlit display for easy to read information, great for children. However, this product can be used also by adults. It has 7.4 x 2.5 x 4.0″ and includes an USB port for easy download and upload of files.

4. Binoculars are not that used in order to gaze at the stars on the midnight sky. They are created for magnifying certain texts or images that you see at a distance, images that otherwise you are not capable of understanding clearly. Well, this is so last year, because Nikon has created binoculars that allow you to see the cosmos. I have to tell you that the price of this gadget is according to this feature of the binoculars: $869.95. They are named the Astronomy ProStar binoculars. They use a special glass and are 100% full proof and waterproof. You can mount these binoculars on a tripod, but also feel comfortable with them in your hands. This is definitely one of the binoculars with the highest range on the market, revealing the actual beauty of star clusters and nebulae.
